## What is Tour Secure?

TourSecure is a security operations app for professional executive protection teams working with touring artists and high-profile clients.

Plan and run the security side of a tour from one place. Build the itinerary, assess every venue, hotel and airport, track the principal and party, coordinate the team, and keep every detail in one secure, role-based workspace.

Tour itinerary and schedule
Build a full tour schedule with events, show times, movements and call times. The whole team sees the same plan, updated in real time.

Country risk intelligence
On-demand country risk briefings covering terrorism, crime, civil unrest, kidnap for ransom, health, natural hazards and infrastructure, drawn from government and open sources.

Venue, hotel and airport assessments
Record structured security assessments for every location: access points, perimeter, parking and staging, safe rooms, nearest hospital, response times and more. Import existing assessment documents and attach photos.

Flight and movement tracking
Add flights for the principal and party and keep the team aligned on arrivals, departures and ground movements.

Secure team chat
Message the team inside each tour, with mentions and push notifications, so urgent updates reach the right people quickly.

Asset and luggage tracking
Log and track luggage and equipment, and flag items that need attention.

Credentials, medical and vaccination records
Keep accreditation, medical notes and vaccination records organised and visible to cleared team members only.

After-action reporting and PDF export
Capture after-action reports and export tour documents as clean PDFs to share.

Built for the field
Designed for mobile-first use by officers on the move, with a need-to-know access model so sensitive information is seen only by cleared team members.

Import your documents, skip the typing.

Venue reports: upload a venue security report or site survey and TourSecure fills in the venue's contacts, routes, credential notes and security notes for you to review before saving. Existing details are never overwritten.

Airport and hotel assessments: import a completed security questionnaire or advance document straight into the assessment.

Flight itineraries: import an itinerary and your flights and airports are created for you.

Every import shows you exactly what was found, flags anything it was unsure about, and keeps sensitive details such as door codes out of the app.

The venue assessment card now keeps both imports together: Import Venue Report and Import Security Rider sit side by side under Edit Assessment.

Import documents straight into your engagement.

- Airport and FBO security questionnaires: upload the completed questionnaire (PDF, Word or text) from the airport's assessment card and TourSecure fills in the assessment for you to review before saving. Diagrams and plans in the document can be attached to the right section.
- Flight itineraries: upload a charter or airline itinerary from the Flights screen and TourSecure adds the flights, with times, aircraft, crew and passenger details, and adds the departure and arrival airports to the engagement, including FBO and handling contacts.

Existing values are never overwritten. Imported answers only fill fields that are still empty, and every import is reviewed before it is saved.

Manage everything on an engagement from your phone.

Countries: add a country from the Countries screen, or just start typing and tap to add it. Swipe or press and hold to remove one, with a check of any linked venues, hotels and airports first.

Venues, hotels and airports: search your library and add to the engagement with one tap. Swipe or press and hold to remove, with a clear note of what goes with it.

Events: the event type list now matches the engagement type, so a corporate detail sees corporate event types, not concert ones. Edit an event's name, type, date, time and venue after creating it, and pick a venue from the engagement or your library. Events can now be removed.

Team: tap a team member to see their details or remove them from the engagement. Pending invitations can be revoked.

Schedule and local assets: swipe or press and hold to remove, with confirmation.

Luggage: tap a bag to see its details, intake photo, handoff history and edit it. Tap any status to see what it means and what to do next. Deleting a bag now asks first.

Plus reliability fixes across the engagement screens.

Creating an engagement is now a guided six-step wizard: overview, principals, timeline, territory, team plan and a final review before you create.

- Add named principals with roles, risk tiers and visibility levels on multi-principal engagements

- Dashboard tiles now show live counts at a glance
