My coach videos our sessions, and we keep a running log on Edufii. During a right arm only session where I was hitting it very crisply, I found my tempo was a 20:10! Odd, as it was not my normal technique or tempo, but it was working and I wanted to check whether that super crisp session fit the theory. Will see if the full swing translates. The speed of your backswing relative to your downswing is a non issue. Baseball players swing from a fully wound position. (No backswing). Watch a few pros. Ricky Fowler's tempo is quick. Ernie Ells?
