I showed up to the property to realize I never received instructions and called support and they had no record of my booking despite me getting the confirmation screen. I then booked again and same thing. Was instructed to book thru the app and that gave me an actual appointment but now here I am having to sit around until the later start time. This was supposed to be a convenience and here I am after a day of work, inconvenienced. ### 3/5 — Really frustrating *2026-05-09, version 26.03.1* Among the reasons Im seeing not to trust the people is they won’t let me add the tour to my calendar without me giving them full access to read everything on my calendar. Every time I open the app it doesn’t recognize my sign in information and asks me to get a new password. I contacted customer support, but instead of an apology, they told me, “You should have gone to that address,” and they gave me a different address. They didn’t apologize or say anything else. They just signed off with “Have a nice day.” I don’t recommend this app or this company. I don’t have time to tour during the week, so having an app that can guide me through the high-rise and show me the apartment I want was amazing. The registration is quick and simple. I also loved being able to tour an apartment building all on my own in line with my schedule.
