Apparently it only work on the elite plus model but I got the elite not realizing this and now I’d have to purchase the item again. Moreover games like poly bridge that has lots of keyboard shortcuts that I can mod myself into tourbox , is just so convenient. It makes me enjoy games so much more. Thanks 😊 ### 2/5 — Terrible compared to PC *2026-04-19* I use my TourBox on my pc in CSP mainly and expected the same level of functionality here on the iPad, that is after all why I bought the Elite that could connect to both. I was severely disappointed when I realized not only could you not directly transfer profiles but entire features are missing from the iPad version such as the TourMenu. This was a pointless upcharge by the devs and I feel like I was scammed buying the Elite when the functionality was oversold and not noted that it was heavily truncated compared to the pc version. Absolute waste learning a tool that functions differently depending on the platform. **Developer response:** We sincerely apologize for the frustration. Preset Syncing: Due to iPadOS system limitations, preset file formats differ from those on PC, which currently prevents direct cross-platform synchronization. To address this, we launched the in-app Preset Center, allowing users to browse and download iPad-specific presets shared by the community. Feature Availability (TourMenu & Others): The absence of features like TourMenu on iPad is due to system-level restrictions that prevent the same depth of integration possible on macOS and Windows. This also affects the immediate deployment of recent updates like Dynamic Panels, HoverAdjust, and Dynamic Color Picker to the iPad platform. That said, we are continuously enhancing the iPad experience by expanding our library of built-in presets and broadening compatibility across more creative apps. Meanwhile, we are actively exploring alternative technical approaches to bring our most advanced features to iPadOS. ### 4/5 — Great for Procreate but missing a few things *2026-02-14* Its been nearly perfect, the only frustrating thing is that it doesn’t allow to assign the smudge tool to any of the buttons **Developer response:** Unfortunately some tools like smudge is not supported on shortcut by Procreate. So we can't assign it on TourBox right now. However, we are actively working on any potential solution and reaching out to Procreate for more solution. There is a workaround for smudge tool: Procreate - Setting - Prefs - Gesture controls - Smudge - □ + Apple Pencil Now you could assign and hold the Opt key for Smudge tool. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work with TourBox Lite on iPad *2025-12-23* The TourBox website did not make clear that this devise would not work on my iPad. In fact it seemed to suggest that it would. Now, I’ll have to go through thé hassle of returning the unit. To clarify, the TourBox Lite Bluetooth version is explicitly listed as compatible only with Mac and PC devices on our product page. The only model that supports iPad functionality is the TourBox Elite Plus. You can customize all of the keyboard shortcuts in Artstudio Pro which pairs perfectly with the TourBox Console. Now I can use the same shortcuts in ASP that I use in the desktop version of Photoshop for painting. I really hope the TourBox console continues to be updated and improved far into the future. ### 3/5 — no feature to import presets, simple revolutionary button. Here is the step-by-step process to import a preset file into the TourBox Console app on iPadOS: Locate the Preset File: Open the Files app on your iPad and navigate to the location where your .tbx preset file is saved (e.g., Downloads folder, iCloud Drive). Select and Share: Tap and hold the .tbx file to select it, then tap the Share option (the square icon with the upward arrow). Open in TourBox Console: In the list of apps that appears, select TourBox Console to open the file. The TourBox Console app will then automatically recognize the file format and import the preset into your library. We hope this helps clarify how you can import your presets immediately. We will continue to evaluate ways to make this process even more intuitive in future updates! ### 3/5 — Clip Studio Paint *2025-11-16* I don’t know what the problem is with the app as when I mapped the left and right d-pad buttons to flip canvas vertical to flip canvas horizontal it was working 3 days ago. Now it’s not working, I’ve tried turning Bluetooth on/off, disconnecting/reconnecting the device entirely yet still the problem persists. It’s really annoying. Also mapping rotate left and right is an issue where only one way rotates. If not, please change it to ANSI, then reconnect the device to the iPad. 2. Turn off "AssistiveTouch" and "Show Onscreen Keyboard" and restart the iPad. (1) Open iPad Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch, and turn it off. (2) Scroll down, locate "Show Onscreen Keyboard," and turn it off. (3) Restart the iPad. 3. Verify whether the Clip Studio Paint shortcuts match TourBox's output. Check the TourBox output characters in the Notes app or Clip Studio Paint's shortcut settings.
