## What is tourops?

On Road is the touring companion for live entertainment crews and artists. It puts everything you need for life on the road in one place — and keeps working when the venue Wi-Fi doesn't.

Built as the on-the-go companion to the TourOps platform, On Road gives every member of the touring party a clear, personal view of their tour.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Schedule — see your day sheets and full tour schedule, with show, travel, soundcheck and meeting times laid out clearly.
• Shows & advance — venue details, hotels, transport, guest lists and Wi-Fi for each show, all in one place.
• Contacts — reach your tour manager and crew with one tap.
• My Info — keep your personal and travel details up to date.
• Tasks & forms — complete crew forms, expenses and health & safety reports from your phone.
• Comms — get tour announcements and important alerts the moment they're posted.
• Offline access — download a tour for full access with no signal, then sync automatically when you're back online.

ACCESS
On Road is for crew and artists working on tours managed in TourOps. Sign in with the account provided by your tour or production office — there is no public signup.
