I get stuck in an endless loop trying to login. Very disappointing. It makes the app virtually useless. I have to use the website to view my booking details. **Developer response:** Hi there, Thanks for flagging this issue. To reassure you, your booking is safe and it's a quick fix: just fully close the app and reopen it, and your details will load as normal. This was a brief sync issue after a recent update, which we've already addressed. You can also view everything anytime on the website, and our 24/7 Travel Experts are happy to help if you need them. Suresh was always punctual, professional, and very courteous. His driving was calm, careful, and safe, which is especially reassuring in the sometimes very intense traffic of Indian cities. Although he was not our guide — guides were provided depending on the activities — Suresh was always very attentive to our comfort, making sure our transfers went smoothly and that we arrived at each visit at the right time. His kindness, patience, and professionalism made all our travels pleasant and stress-free throughout the trip. We recommend Suresh without hesitation to anyone looking for a reliable and attentive driver to discover India. Looking forward to seeing you back in the app again soon! ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — DONT USE THIS COMPANY *2026-08-05* This trip was nothing but a headache from start to finish. We were shown beautiful hotels when booking, but the reality was completely different. We ended up placed in a hotel called the Crystal that was nowhere near the locations we wanted to visit, seemingly chosen to save money rather than provide a quality experience. ( more like a red light district ) Trying to get help was extremely frustrating. It was nearly impossible to reach anyone, and when we finally did, responses came days later—far too late to resolve problems while we were there. The hotel itself was unacceptable. The room appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned in years—you could literally write your name in the dust. We dealt with what appeared to be a bed bug infestation, there was no air conditioning, and there was even bird droppings on the bed because of the lack of proper ventilation and conditions. The elevator was so small it could barely fit two people. This was not the experience we were promised, and the lack of support made an already disappointing situation even worse. I would not recommend this experience to anyone. When ended up having to pay for a new hotel with our own money. We have videos , pictures and messages back and forth from what’s app with the tour operator. It was a nightmare. **Developer response:** Hi, thank you for sharing your experience with us. No information uploaded or available. I can’t even access an easy method to give you money. It defaults to USD which a small minority of people in the world use - so silly. If I am from China for example, why would I want to view a tour in a currency that I have no / will not use. It’s a pretty basic expedition to view a price in local currency or provide options to select one as people tend to book these tours while they are abroad. ### 1/5 — Worst app ever *2025-12-15, version 4.7.0* For the last few days, the messaging option was broken on IOS. Now I do not see any of my booked trips under the so called new trips tab. ### 1/5 — App *2025-12-12* One of the worst Apps. It won’t even allow me to enter my name in the account settings. I’ve never been able to see my tours or access the Inbox. Keeps going in a loop asking you to login and requesting link but not sending any to your email.
