When I open the app on my new iPhone it briefly displays a picture of a bridge somewhere (in the USA?) and then closes again. Is it meant to do something else? Seems a waste of iPhone memory to me.

This app is a joke - non stop in-app downlods/purchases.
The London Tube Map is a poorly scanned version of a paper based map - You can do better with your phone camera and carry the image around with you - can't believe I wasted money on this app.

Where are the “5000+ free guides”?
All I can see are options to purchase tours, there are no written/audio guides on here at all?

Русский язык есть только в настройках, далее в какой раздел не зайди все на английском, хотя естественно выставлен русский в настройках.

Prior to my trip to Mexico City and Peru, I paid for the various apps. While I was on my trip I couldn't open any of the apps I previously paid for, I was very disappointed because the apps look amazing. I would not recommend it.

Bought the Milan guide, basically gives you a low detail map, some poorly scanned copies of metro maps and descriptions of a few key tourist sights ... Don't bother!

1) I bought Tel Aviv. The content has been downloaded but only sections "about Tel Aviv" and "in 1 day" are available! The rest are locked, however when I click on them it says "item purchased". Looks like a bug!
2) the zoom is terrible! I can barely see street names!
3) when I click "about" or "help" in the menu the app shuts down.

I was browsing through this app and chose Germany. I was very surprised to see Salzburg listed. I have to wonder how accurate the information in this app is.

Me encanto la app, tiene los lugares más importantes de visitar y te pueden organizar tu viaje si quieres. Yo hice mi viaje a NY y nos consiguieron boletos a lugares que teníamos con reservar con mucho tiempo de anticipación. Te la súper recomiendo 👍.

The amount of tours and free information within this app is great. It is convenient to carry around when traveling or not. There are also a lot of public transportation maps within the travel guides.

*Edit: 3-stars, I received an email that the developers revamped their app and it suggested I take a second look. The developers made the city maps, layouts, and Information free. Having the free content is nice as it addressed one of my previous concerns, but there are a lot of other apps that do the same. Then as I was browsing through, I found they got rid of the ability to pin locations you want to visit, to me that seems a step backwards, also some of the sections off the menu wouldn’t load. 

What I find most useful in a trip/tour guide app is the ability to plan out my sightseeing in the app and have navigation from one location to the next, because I am horrible with directions. I want to be able to select the points of interest I wish to see and have the best route mapped out to save time and my feet. After being disappointed with this app I found Google Trips and it does map out your route, for free. However, I find that there is still some features lacking in the Google Trips app. 

If the developers for this app made a Premium version that offered a trip scheduler that not only maps out your desired monuments and points of interest, but gives you reliable turn by turn directions from one point to the next, suggested modes of transportation between locations (if you wanted a break from walking), suggested stops like restrooms and places to eat, etc I would gladly pay a subscription for those features as it would take most of the work out of planning a trip. 

Original Review: 4 Stars- Each city guide is only accessible through in app purchase...I like the map layout, how it has nearby attractions pinned, but I wish you could create a sort of to-do list for the attractions and map out the path if you're walking where you want to take a train or bus, places to eat basically have every stop and path planned and mapped out before you get there.
