Was soll das denn? Die App zeigt den Startbildschirm und dann geht es einfach nicht weiter. Neuinstallation hat nicht geklappt, Neustart vom Handy auch nicht. Neuste iOS Version. Unbrauchbar.

Mir hat diese App sehr gut geholfen ich war an einem nebensaisontag da und die Hauptaktrakttition fenix war geschlossen dann habe ich mir die App heruntergeladen und habe gesehen dass sie um 16:00 wieder aufmacht

Ich gehe jedes Jahr mindestens 2 mal ins Toverland und finde die App ziemlich praktisch.Man kann damit gut planen und schauen wann man zu welcher Attraktion geht und relativ viel Zeit im Toverland sparen.Allerdings sagt das Toverland man soll die App überall im Toverland Problemlos benutzen können und da habe ich ein bisschen Kritik auszusetzen.

1.Kein WLAN auf dem Gelände 
Nach meinem Besuch 2023 im Toverland sowie 2024 ist mir aufgefallen das es kein WLAN auf dem Gelände gibt und wenn es welches gibt ist das ein schlechter Hotspot in der Halle.

2.Kein genauer Standort 
Leider ist der Standort in der Toverland App nicht wirklich genau und wenn man zum Beispiel den Park das erste mal besucht ,kann dies zu Problemen führen.

Im Großen und Ganzen ist aber die App ganz ok.Es werden Störungen auf Fahrgeschäften gezeigt und man hat eine klare und gute Übersicht.Das Toverland ist auch Ansich ein wunderschöner Park und ich kann jedem empfehlen diesen Park mindestens einmal zu besuchen weil er wirklich was für alle bietet.

It is really an useless app. The whole app is just a photo of the map with a few markers. You do not know where you are. What is the point of the app?? The developers should download and try the Efteling app, that is how the app should be.
