## What is Tovo?

Record meetings and lectures, turn them into text, and summarize.
Recording, transcription, and summarization all run on your device. Your audio and transcripts never leave your iPhone.

· Capture meetings, lectures, interviews, and quick notes

· Recovers an in-progress recording if the app is closed

· Turns a recording into a transcript with timestamps
· Detects speech and cleans up the audio first, so noisy recordings hold together better
· Search, copy, and share any transcript

■ Summarize
· Four modes — General, Meeting, Notes, Q&A
· Meeting gives you decisions and action items, Notes gives you topics and key concepts, Q&A pairs questions with answers
· Summarizes recordings up to 6 hours long

■ Import audio
· Bring in files from the Files app and iCloud Drive
· Send audio straight from another app with the share sheet

■ Good to know
· The first launch downloads about 2.9 GB of AI models, once. Wi-Fi recommended
· Summaries require a device with 4 GB of memory or more (iPhone 11, SE 3rd gen, and later). Transcription works on every supported device
· iOS does not allow apps to record phone calls
