And more times than not it’s due to maintenance. I get really frustrated that I can’t access my 24/7 account 24/7! There are a lot of other little errors that keep happening in the app and I usually end up calling the bank before my time is done on the app you’d think with all the maintenance they’re doing. They’d be able to fix this stuff by now, but this has gone on for years. ### 2/5 — Limited use *2026-05-09, version 4020.1.1* The “upgrade” means I can no longer pay bills online, though I may access and transfer between accounts. Click on the domestic phone number to reach card services, the link adds +86 instead of the 866 number. Thus, the phone thinks it dialing China. Another example is the number of clicks it takes to get to your credit card. 1st click only option is to view all transactions. But that is not correct. It actually takes you to the menu for cards. I’ve used them for banking, mortgage and car loans. I’ve always gotten the best rates! It is not user friendly and you are not able to review your picture to meme sure it meet the requirements. Maturity date should be shown without having to click twice. Other financial institutions lists CDs in order of maturity and show the maturity date. There doesn’t seem to be any oreder as to how accounts are displayed. ### 1/5 — Ancient and hard to navigate *2026-02-23, version 4019.1.0* This app has what feels like old technology and moves slowly. Too bad you have to call in and they’ll hang up on you a few times for no reason. Oh you want to make a loan payment? Well you’re going to link accounts that WONT LET YOU UTILIZE THEM TO MAKE THE PAYMENT. I didn’t know how bad an app or a bank could get until I got involved with this horrible company. Avoid at all cost please. I can’t login at all today. Facial recognition login completely removed or disabled and no login information saved. Still regularly requires re-authenticating while in the middle of doing banking activities, whoever wrote that this app is user friendly must never actually use it. Working on ending almost 50 years of being a member to find a bank that actually values members. ### 1/5 — App overhaul ruined everything *2025-11-11, version 4018.0.3* Ever since the app overhaul of the UI it has been a buggy mess and a constant trial and error. It will show your balance incorrectly and then finally update it to the correct balance DAYSSSSSS later and is so frustrating when trying to plan for finances with the app since it refuses to show your updated balance quickly which mind you is the whole point of having a banking app and at this point I have to go to an atm to actually figure out what my actual balance is. Support will just read your screen back to you and will not acknowledge the problem and will simply say that that’s your balance but lo and behold a few DAYSSSSS later the correct balance will finally appear.
