I have been trying to login to my account and I have been unsuccessful. I just tried logging in on a browser and it worked just fine. What a jank app you have kind of like the rest of your company!

Will never send a code to my phone so it’s pointless. I can’t use this app without a code. Tried uninstalling but still nothing. Terrible app

Can’t even get the account set up on the app, when I go to create a password the app freezes and auto-exits out. Better off just going to the office to make payments since the app is more of an inconvenience.

Hardly works,  it was a pita to set up and link the loan, can’t schedule payments, tells me my debit card is not a debit card.

I made a payment Thursday, TL doesn’t even respond to my payment until Saturday.

Doesn’t show on my bank account until the following Monday.

The AI assistant is completely useless.

I was excited they got an app, but now I see they didn’t spend a lot of time or energy developing it.
