The cool and kooky alien aesthetics, great sound design (I love the sounds of the towers firing), really good humor, great tutorials, a friendly UI, cool alien-shredding towers and just a lot of fun to be had in this game in my opinion. I’ve only played the sequel so I cannot comment as to what has changed from the first entry. And though I’m not super far into the gameplay yet. Well, I don’t feel instantly overwhelmed like I do in quite a few TD games that I’ve played. That often and annoyingly ramp up the difficulty way too quickly for my liking. One last thing I really appreciate and like in this game is that unlike most of the TD games I’ve played. In this one you can place your towers in ways that affect the trajectory and pathways that the alien enemies take as they try to nab your precious sheep. I think it adds a very interesting strategic element to the game and with how you place your towers. If this is your first or fiftieth tower defense game I believe that you’ll find a lot to like and have fun with in Tower Madness 2. I want to extend many thanks and my gratitude to the developer for giving us all such a great game and experience I think. This is easily with the price of admission I believe.
