I’ve had to reset it five time already and I know it’s the correct password! The app just is not uasable! ### 1/5 — App is faulty *2021-08-15* This app is a mess STILL. Uninstalling it off my phone. Will shop at Sprouts today. ### 4/5 — Ease of use *2021-02-04* I have seen a lot of improvement since I started using the app, but it is possible the improvement has been in my learning curve. In the beginning I was flipping through all of the things to try to find any particular item, over and over. It was not clear to me that I could get into a particular aisle through the categories, Maybe you could make the category chart a little more obvious, maybe I got distracted by the pictures. When I open the app say to the browse page, I see what it looks like a list of pictured groceries, not so much a list of categories. I think you could make something that looks a little more like a spreadsheet from which you could select your area of interest. Now I have learned several ways of getting in there, but I have to tell you for one of your ancient customers this form of shopping has been very challenging. In the beginning I was spending well over an hour to make my grocery list for one person., mostly searching. Now I have had my first coronavirus shot and I am looking forward for it to be safe to come back into your store. this shopping app and pick up curbside has been a tremendous gift. thank you so much and thank you for continuing to improve it. FYI, turning 80 this year. Your website is much more user-friendly than trying to find a coronavirus vaccination appointment, they could learn from you guys. ### 5/5 — Deals aplenty *2025-02-02* This app has helped our grocery budget. We keep a list of ‘favorites’ where we check prices from home. We buy over half our groceries on the great sales T&C is always offering.
