There is no way to get pregnant in the game it was false advertisement which is quite sad. There are way too many ads for the game itself, the annoying part about those ads is that you cannot exit or enter a room without watching an ad.Luckily you can skip it but it is still quite frustrating. The other sad thing about this game is all the items are scarce and not as enjoyable to play with as I thought.
