On top of that, sometimes an ad is not even available to play, so, if you want to play you are pretty much forced to pay. The game itself is fun, but, unfortunately due to I guess the app owners wanting to make quick money (which, by the way, had you allowed people to just play for free, maybe you would have got more traffic and it would have led to more money for you anyways, similar to how Fortnite does it). This is a game dependent on having people, for your app forcing us to watch ads to play, you will sadly lose so much traffic you could have had. I have no issues with the game, but, it’s disappointing I can no longer play. I am only giving 2 stars as opposed to 1 because the game is actually fun when you do get to play it, but, with how it is currently, I literally can’t play right now unless I pay because they don’t have a forced ad available I have to sit through. ### 2/5 — Always freezes *2026-01-26, version 3.3.12* Its fun if you are lucky enough to not have 10+ second lags. Was in the lobby still when the rest of my groups game started. This has been consistent since I started playing and is really frustrating when I don’t see role calls and get killed over and over for being sus or not being able to vote. I don’t remember who and by the third game of playing with them someone was trying to guess my name (I said a fake name AND THEN TRIED TO GUESS WHERE I LIVED) and another who had their name as ‘Patcho is a nerd’ (Didn’t even spell it correctly) My solution: Temporarily (or permanently, depends on how it goes) time out Babymango PS: They were tryna accuse me of liking Babymango DESPITE IT BEING MY FIRST RANKED PRACTICE GAME? I understand the devs want to make money, but this blatant attempt to force free to play users to pay for premium is frankly unacceptable, especially since I’ve heard from multiple first hand accounts that the game can sometimes glitch and remove your premium benefits, even long after you paid for them. ### 2/5 — Will not spend any more money *2024-10-14* Not a good system for reporting. I have been playing this game FOREVER. I wake up this morning to play and it says my account has been banned for an inn in game name… like sure I will honestly admit it was but you can’t give a warning first? Maybe a 3 day ban? Why automatically just up and full ban my account? I just started playing again and was getting ready to make more in game purchases. I guess I won’t know that 1. I am ban and 2. It can all be gone over a silly in game name. I’ll change my review in this gets resolved but until then I won’t spend any more of my time (or money) on this game. Oh and BTW around 99% of your player base hates TK absolutely no one likes it and wants it to be escorted… but don’t listen to your players just keep doing awful things that make everyone quit Still trying to figure things out. I guess it’s a money ponzi sceme now//my opinion :) ### 1/5 — Insanely fun game BUT… *2025-08-01, version 3.3.12* There’s a few problems that haven’t been resolved in the years I used to play: 1) Can be really buggy. Game can crash / stop working mid-game which is extremely annoying 2) Lobby wait times are super slow due to making the game pay to play & no renovations. 3) There is no support to contact in case of issues. I had my account banned and there was no explanation as to why. There was no warning and there’s no appeal process. Bear in mind I play this game a lot and have spent money on it. So If you’re okay with losing your hard-earned progress with no way of getting it back then go ahead. Just get among us, its free, add free, and just so much better. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Best social deduction game ever *2026-08-15, version 3.3.15 (14723)* I absolutely LOVE this games social deduction aspect, specifically because so many evil roles can imitate a town role that helps them sound like they’re actually innocent, even though in reality they’re not just because their role leaves room for ACTUAL deception. Which is something I’ve always struggled to find in most deception games as it’s usually just “someone’s a killer, everyone else is innocent, and MAYBE there’s a detective or something idk”. Essentially, this game gives actual life to the genre.
