The app itself is highly outdated, which was one of the reasons we discontinued our accounts with the Townebank. The interface is old and it needs an update immediately ### 1/5 — Pure Incompetence *2025-10-30* The app is terrible. Makes you change your password and then doesn’t utilize the updated password. When you try to login just says please wait and endlessly repeating loading screen. Customer support will have you delete and re download the app and then it only works once when they push it through on their end. The customer support reps know it’s terrible and are apologetic.
