I called and they don’t have any way to help. You would have to mail extra payments and hope they apply it appropriately. I was a member of over 30 years but unfortunately navigating things like Zelle on this app is not easy at all actually it’s very frustrating so that makes me a little apprehensive when I have something to do regarding sending money to family members in need of it. They only have Zelle. It’s very complicated. Otherwise I love the people at my local bank that I am privileged enough to get service from.
