And you need to stop charging people that are on a fixed income or get paid from Social Security. I belonged to a brick and mortar Bank years ago that if your checks came from the government they waved all fees. Vague instructions, had to go to an office to help get enrolled, logged into App. Then wait 24 hrs to be approved, then on 1st logon attempt, have to answer the phone, to an automated message, and after calling twice neither options worked to let me login. Now the new app tells me to rotate my phone but the screen stays black and I can’t take a photo….. sometimes if I stick with rotating and tapping for a few minutes the camera will appear but I rarely have that time. They are the worst! Applied spending limits on my debit card and Zelle that did not previously exist while with the other bank, going to be late one rent because of poor communication on their end. MasterCard presents the transaction as a an authorization and then it presents it as a finalized transaction anyway, both of those the exact same transaction end up coming out of my available balance. I was a member of over 30 years but unfortunately navigating things like Zelle on this app is not easy at all actually it’s very frustrating so that makes me a little apprehensive when I have something to do regarding sending money to family members in need of it. They only have Zelle. It’s very complicated. Otherwise I love the people at my local bank that I am privileged enough to get service from.
