And the front desk/Housekeeping staff were very helpful and friendly. When we got to our room they had mistakenly gave us a dirty room. I went to the front desk and inform them and they apologized and gave me a new room and took care of my Valet for one night. The only issue I had was when we arrived the valet didn’t even help unload or bring the bell cart in. On the second day when we pulled out our vehicle I called down five minutes prior and we waited 15 minutes in the lobby and still no vehicle!! and valet wasn’t even busy there were three guys on the ramp. When finally we asked the front desk girl what was taking so long she went outside to ask and came back and said they had lost our key then found it. When I had looked outside the window I saw him barely pull out the keys from the podium after they had been talking for over 10 minutes. Then I went outside to ask him where there garage at and he said across the street that sorry for the long wait their valet phones weren’t charged. And on the last day they didn’t even help load up our luggage or even ask if we needed help. the guy was too busy sitting down on the bell cart talking with that other valet guy. I work at Embassy suites for valet and I’m the supervisor there and this is so unacceptable I would not allow my guys to present the hotel like this.
