But I am in Challenge Howlshell Forrest 2-3 and it opens with me stuck in a tree. The ads are a little long ( 60 seconds minimum, most mobile games are 30 seconds ) with the amount of them that they throw in your face, NOT forced just highly recommended to get. So you’re stuck watching ads for 5+ minutes on some levels as certain towers can only be upgraded through ads, or extra materials. While the ads are annoying, the most annoying part is the game resetting itself. So all the towers, cards, and wasted time watched on those ads are now meaningless. Tried uninstalling the app, verifying that my account was linked, beating the first level to see if I get prompted to go back to where I was. Nothing. Reduced back to square one. Other than those two things though, the game is actually fun. Defend a base, make it stronger, get random upgrades like a rogue like. Uninstalling, can’t justify continuing to play as it seems like I’m not the only one that’s been sent back to the beginning with nothing. **Developer response:** We are sorry about your bad experience. I ended up paying for the ad free service, next time I got in the game it reset my progress (just a few chapters, no big deal) and ended up taking my ad free service. I emailed 2 different support emails and both of them sent me back a email saying I can’t contact them or whatever. Checked my card charges and sure enough they’re still there for the ad free purchase. Game is good. When I originally bought they had plenty of things that used ads that helped with completing levels. For some reason they removed almost every thing expect the trader ads. They have changed a great deal that made the game better to a waste of money. I desperately want a refund because I did not pay for this. You guys should be ashamed you money hungry devs. They replaced all the ad things with other paid packs that give you the exact same thing the ads did. And each pack cost at least $15. Then, the challenge mode stopped working, characters just sits there and you have to close the game in order to get out, sometimes free (ad-watch) items won’t do anything when you tap it, and now the game won’t load past 77%. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times, I’ve reset my phone settings, restarted my phone, and still only loads to 77%.
