When you click on the reward and say “begin order” the reward item is not added to the basket so there is no way to redeem the reward. As others have noted, for example you cannot do an order of 2 grilled vegetables, even though that may be all you choose. You get charged extra My biggest complaint is that on an order with multiple items, you can only update the first order in past orders. I can tap the 2nd or 3rd item in a past order but it always brings up order #1. He is charged with 9 felonies currently, including kidnapping, assault, and rape. Thats the restaurant you order food from. Can’t search it. So that’s horrible marketing and execution. More to pint the app is hard to order from. And Apple Pay kept failing. Had to contact Apple Card to see if something wrong with card. It is really annoying. And then when you point this out/ask the servers, they get put out that they have to walk back and check on the order. If you somehow fail to get your order right, you’ll be told it’s invalid. But you won’t be told why. A great boon for psychics. Are the rosemary, potatoes GF? Why are the breakfast tacos advertised with a corn shell option, but the customer cannot actually select this on the app?) other similar restaurants in other cities allow the customer to place a short narrative with the item selected, so the communication between kitchen and customer is facilitated.
