### 1/5 — If the App ever worked I’m sure it’s great

I’ve had the app downloaded for a little over a week now and still have yet to use it. It took 3 days to create  a profile due to “oops an error please try again later” message. I still the same message no matter what I click on. I hope it gets fixed and I would fix my review.

**Developer response:** I am sorry, that you had difficulty completing the signup process.  I released an updated version on May 1st.  Can please update the app on your device and login.  If the problem persists, please contact me at admin@yoopine.com and I will reset your account.  Please note that if you signed up using your facebook account, you must login using your facebook account.

I enjoyed a lot of its features and I think it’s much better optimized now than it was previously

**Developer response:** Please update the App to the latest release.  We have optimized and improved the loading speed considerably.  With the latest version, page loading should take no more than 3 seconds unless the cellular data connection is too weak.

I’ve had this app for about a month now and so far I’ve never ran into a bug or a glitch witch is one of the biggest issues I have with apps.
