My app is not working. It has been great up until the last week or so and now all it says is Page Not Found. I cannot log in unless on the website. I have checked and I have the latest update.

Customer service was already poor and unfortunately just as other users have reported app not working therefore none of us can book appointments. Losing even  more customers now because of this.

Unfortunately you’ve lost a new customer as the app keeps freezing. Seems to have my email registered but password not working but freezes to reset password. So can’t seem to login or change a password and therefore can’t book appointment.

Really impressed with the Townhouse app! It’s so easy to use, booking a treatment takes seconds and the whole flow from start to finish just makes sense. 

The treatments themselves are hands down the best I’ve had, my nails looked amazing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a smooth booking experience and top quality results.
