Whoever you are paying to build this should offer you a refund. Pretty much every feature has a bug.   Password/pin wasn’t working...had to reset my passwords when I know it didn’t change. I was emailed a new password (security issue). Also don’t tell the user if they entered a valid email on password reset (another security issue) Styling is way off. Credit card input is unusable. List goes one...fire this company building your app.

Best to call and verify after ordering a delivery or just order oil over phone. Sometimes they show up after ordering. Other times after a few days I have to call and they just never got or processed order.

Paying bill through app works well.

I was just looking for a streamlined way to pay my Townsend bill.  The input forms of the app are clunky (cant see the field you're inputing so you cant see typos without dismissing the keyboard).  My main concern was the application requirement to enter a billing profile to make a payment.  I've already input my billing information into my Townsend account, and the website auto populates the fields once you login.  It's actually quicker to pay bills using the website, and you dont have to potentially create a duplicate copy of your billing info.

I have been able to make payments with this app, so it’s useful. However it has some frustrating issues and could use more features. The screen often goes blank when trying to input credit card info. I usually have to try several times, and memorize the order of the info blanks so I can hit the down arrow and complete the info without actually being able to see it. It would be helpful if it just had the “scan card” feature instead of having to input every time, especially since that process is so frustrating. It would also help if you could have the app notify you when a new payment is needed instead of expecting you to remember to go in and check it.
