Since the latest update, I can't open the digital paper as it is telling me wifi isn't on and I need to allow download. I have made no changes to my iPad and if I have connection to download and update the app, I should have access to read the paper! ### 1/5 — Same problem as everybody else *2018-04-17* The app keeps shutting down after reading half the paper ....in todays technology one would think they could get it right ...but alas not !!!!! Now I have to keep logging in all the time. However, after being kicked out I have to restart the app before being able to log in and the login pop up doesn’t work. No clippings that I can find. The bands at the top and bottom of the screen are unnecessarily large. Also they have just made the download button even smaller than it was before. Despite being an hour ahead of Qld, the ability to read the Townsville Bulletin at 5 or 6 am each day is appalling!! Someone needs to fix this issue (downloading the paper online) soon or risk losing a customer. ### 2/5 — Cheap software… *2022-02-09* The software works but must be old as there are no notifications when your comments are approved and go live.
