Has a fault around payment issues and then wont let you fix it - so you delete app and try again, still and error and now wont let you download the app. Even after trying to reset payment type.

Worst ever parking app to navigate. You have to know exactly where you are and try to zoom in and select your location just hoping you’re selecting the right spot. The search bar asks for a parking area code for easier navigation yet none of the parking zones have any street signs up saying what parking area you are in. At least down south there will be a sign that says ‘parking zone 1234’ so you just type 1234 into zone on app and know you have the right spot. Better filters also needed. Can’t just set the search to show you all 4hr zones, would make it so much easier to plan which street to try to park in if you could just get a list of which ones accomodate you’re required time. Way too many 2hr spots in general. Needs heaps more 4 and 8

Does not support apple account login.

Does not support Apple Pay.

Required to make an entirely new account just for parking. Absolutely terrible council choice of parking system.

Great app and means I can sit in my car and pay for parking in the aircon plus dodge the rain. Thanks TCC for being parking into the 21st century.

Location services isn’t precise at all, touching the locate button zooms out to show the whole area. You have to figure out what streets you’re between and hope it’s correct. Couldn’t add 15 mins free parking in the app, charged $1 for 7 minutes in a 2P zone according to the app. No CarPlay integration so can’t pay from the car, have to sit on your phone trying to locate and pay. Easier to just use the meters.
