No way to contact company and receive a response. Trying for 6 months.

Keep receiving notifications for a job but the app freezes and never shows the pending request. Have tried many times to close and reopen app but app gets stuck refreshing. The same job has come in 8 times but I have no ability to view details due to the issues present.
