I had to change my password 3x just for me to have to sign in on the web. The app is useless at this point due to not being able to sign in on it. Deleted. ### 1/5 — Remote Deposit no longer functional *2020-05-22* Been struggling for 3 months now with not being able to complete a remote deposit without the app crashing and disappearing. Even with the new 4.3.3 update to make it compatible with my iPhone 5S, the “Submit” button grays out and the app stops working! Please fix and send another Update. It does your bank no good when I can’t put my money into it! ### 1/5 — Touch ID is not working in this update *2019-01-21* Try again. Now I get the Touch ID prompt to the login screen where I have to enter my password. You messed up the Touch ID handshake. It doesn’t matter what day of the week business days weekends. It’s always days behind. If you make a transaction Monday at 8 a.m. it should post immediately!!! Not 3 days later. The only time it immediately post at any time or day is cash withdraw. Every single transaction should post the moment the store computer approves it!!!! ### 1/5 — Update *2017-08-28, version 3.3* When are you going to update the app? A new IOS software will be out in a couple of weeks and this will be a outdated app. ### 1/5 — Astoundingly obsolete *2017-08-12* First of all, before I even open the app, I get a warning saying that it won't work on iOS 11, so it will soon be useless in the most literal sense for everyone. However, I can't even use it anyway. Any time I try to login, I get the Login Failed message. I've downloaded this app a number of times over the last twelve months, hoping it has changed, but it hasn't. It needs to be updated, the developer's hand will be forced by the OS itself being updated. But we shouldn't have to wait for that. The app is garbage, whether it will work in iOS 11 or not. ### 1/5 — Please update the app *2017-08-11, version 3.3* App is out of date ### 1/5 — Get with the times! *2017-04-07* This app lets you check your account balance and that's about it. It allows you set up alerts for various situations like low balance and then NEVER alerts you. It's pretty pathetic. I'm assuming one guy in his 60's is the developer and no one has heard from him since it was first launched and no one has cared to check in on him for an update. ### 1/5 — Utterly Useless *2015-05-21* This app is useless. No matter what i do, this app fails login every single time. I know that I am typing all the correct login information. I have contacted the credit union and spoke with their “tech support” who were also totally useless in figuring out the issue. Waste of time. Don’t bother. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Update 2024 *2024-03-12* This update is absolute garbage! It doesn’t want to load half the time. I had to do several changes to my password to even get into it when it finally loaded. There’s no quick glance at your account anymore because it takes at least 3-5 minutes for it to load. In case you haven’t noticed, load faster. Right now it’s trash!!! ### 1/5 — Frustrating *2024-03-04* I can’t get into my account at all!! Re enroll or register new account?! What’s the point of setting your app preferences to Face ID for quicker log in if it just logs you out all the time anyway? I don’t think I’ve ever had one single time I’ve opened this app and it doesn’t crash first or crash once it opens, it has bug after bug after bug that just doesn’t seem to get fixed at all? As far as I’m concerned they don’t pay attention enough and update it or make it work or fix the bugs, makes it extremely frustrating when trying to manage anything on the go. In particular transferring funds to my other bank accounts is very straightforward and quick! I recently moved out of state and was worried I wouldn't be able to manage my account still being so far away from an in-person branch, but the changes made to the app have it so I can manage all the functionality of my accounts on my phone. They did a massive update last march and the issues I had were resolved and the new features are nice. Now I have no excuse if I go broke! ### 4/5 — Not bad! *2022-02-20* I find many of the reviews harsh. It is not the worst banking app in the world. They try really hard to make it assessable to us and I’m thankful for an app even being available to us and not just the bank or online! I am having issues with, “mobile banking”, where we can text and transfer transactions. Not sure if it’s a thing anymore. But the app over all, is not bad at all and people need to give it some time. Crashes happen, especially with updates. But mine hasn’t crashed for me at all in 2022. ### 4/5 — Good App *2012-03-15* This app is a great way to check my banking information, however, I wish that it displayed pending transactions. In order to see that information, it is much easier for me to just sign into the mobile web site. I would also like to see landscape mode in the next release. ### 2/5 — Stupid Update *2024-08-10* The app was perfectly fine before the update. I could check my account, send money from my account to other towpath users with no problem. Now I can’t send money to my family member who’s a towpath user without having to call them every time to tell them to transfer from my account to hers. It’s very inconvenient especially if it’s after 5pm or the weekend. The saying goes “if it’s not broke don’t fix it.” That’s exactly what hat I think they’ve done here and in very annoying. ### 2/5 — New update not so helpful *2021-08-24* I like some of the updates. But the fact that The sign in isn’t as simple as it used to be is frustrating.
