Application très utile pour le monde du dépannage, facilite le quotidien du dépanneur. Quelques problèmes de connexion peuvent survenir de temps en temps.
Un problème persiste depuis quelques temps maintenant, quand on ouvre l’application alors qu’on écoute de la musique avec Spotify, la musique se coupe; très désagréable à la longue.

Bonjour, bonne application dommage que celle si ne prennent pas en fonction le mode paysage !! Cela aurait etais d’une grande aide pour les dépanneur avec des tablettes pour remplir les onglet demandé lors d’un dépannage :( j’espère que cela sera rectifier a l’avenir avec une mise a jour. Sinon très bonne application en soit rapide efficace

THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NO REASON why Towsoft needs to shut off any music or anything playing on a device when it opens. 
P L E A S E stop it from doing this, constant daily frustration and completely unnecessary. 

Also, can you please in the next update rearrange the vehicle info page to actually be in some sort of order? You’re trying to be a software for industry professionals, so can you please bring the same level of attention to your program you want us to use? 
Why is plate jurisdiction and plate number not consecutive fields. Why is year and VIN so far separated. Please change the order to a way that at least groups together similar lines of information. So a guy can actually just fill in his info without needing to jump up and down all over the wildly disorganized options? 
And PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD stop making the app kill music when it opens.
