## What is Toyota COMFORT+?

With the Toyota COMFORT+ app you will be able to remote control TOYOTA COMFORT+ with Bluetooth® Hub 

Bluetooth® Hub gives local control of your TOYOTA COMFORT+ system in your vehicle. Only smartphones supporting Bluetooth® Low Energy can communicate with the Bluetooth® Hub. Check your smartphone compatibility by downloading the app and select the option "New device". Note: OS support is subject to change without prior notice.

COMFORT+ features:
Turn engine and interior heater ON and OFF directly or by a timer. In timer mode, the system will automatically start pre-heating depending on the outside temperature or according to fixed pre-heating times. You can also monitor the outside temperature, the battery voltage of the vehicle and whether the 120V mains cable is connected or not.

Bluetooth® Hub does not require a subscription. All products require installation of hardware in the vehicle. For more information see www.defa.com or ask your Toyota dealer.

Cette option payé chèrement n’est vraiment pas fonctionnelle. La connexion plante constamment. Pas un matin j’ai réussi à avoir mon environnement intérieur chaud. On doit être à quelques pieds pour se connecter et dès qu’on s’éloigne, touts arrêt. Mon concessionnaire d’origine ne sait même pas comment ça fonctionne. J’ai l’impression d’être d’une autre planète…. Lâchez pas et continuez de mettre des étiquettes rouges…

The app and in-cabin heater are a great idea but the app barely gives you any information. It should tell you what the interior temperature of the vehicle is, and give you options for what temperature you want to use the heater at. I have no idea if it’s turning on every day in our garage or only at certain temperatures. 

WiFi functionality would obviously be better than Bluetooth because you have to be standing so close to the vehicle to connect. 

It’s also strange you can only pick two scheduled times so there is no flexibility for some of your days having different schedules.
