Key Connected Services Features (1):
Remote Connect – Start or stop your engine, and lock or unlock your doors, among other features, including Digital Key (2) and Last Parked Location
Service Connect and Maintenance Made Simple – Schedule service with your Toyota Dealer and track your vehicle’s health
Drive Connect – Map your route using Cloud navigation, Live agent support via Destination Assist, and Voice commands like “Hey Toyota. Take me home” will help you get where you want to be
Safety Connect includes Roadside Assistance Support - press the SOS button inside your Toyota for enhanced roadside assistance.
The “Assist 24/7” button on the dashboard allows you to get roadside assistance support by phone (2)
Owner Resources – Access your vehicle’s owner’s manual and warranty guides (2)

(1) Toyota Connected Services vary by vehicle and are subject to change at any time without notice. Services depend on 4G network availability, a cellular connection and GPS signal. Without anyone or more of these things, operability may be limited or precluded, including access to response center and emergency support. Further, if and when 4G network changes or is discontinued, or the underlying technology required to support service becomes obsolete, then the Connected Services will not work, and Toyota will need to discontinue impacted services. This is my 6th Toyota. The 3rd RAV4. Love Toyotas especially my new RAV4. The buying experience was very well done. Salesman Justin was very helpful and knowledgeable. He kept me up to date on the whole ordering process. Alex was very helpful and knowledgeable on the closing process.

They finally got the app updated where you can control the climate with remote start on the app. But you still cannot schedule remote start, which is what I primarily use the app for. It lets you do all the options except set the climate when you’re trying to set up a scheduled remote start.

Very good app with 1 glaring and frustrating ERROR!

The Find page has 2/3 of the map display hidden behind a panel and the pulldown button does not work so the map doesn’t fit more of the screen.

Can’t open windows, doors, control climate etc with the app. App and car developers should take a tune from Tesla and make things simple, easy and not cost extra to use.
