I have noticed that u do have to have the watch on tight or it will not work. That can’t be good for ur wrist. I’ve been sending reports through the app but I’ve yet to receive a reply from anyone. There’s got to be a better app for this watch. ### 3/5 — Watch Faces *2023-06-03* There are about 50 watch faces. Most would be suitable for kids. Not too many for adults. I’ve seen reviewers with some that are not available in the watch face market. Would give it 5 stars considering the price, but will nock it down to 3.75 stars because of limited watch faces. ### 3/5 — Minimal Apple Health data = minimal usefulness *2023-05-27* This app does not write exercise or blood oxygen data into Apple Health. It's supposed to write heart rate data but mine stopped doing that 1 month ago even though it continues to write steps. It doesn't read anything but steps-related data (doesn't read weight, sleep, heart rate, etc) so it isn't useful as an app to track data I collect from other devices. Since it doesn't write all the data it collects, it's not very useful for collecting data to view in other apps either. ### 3/5 — Great features, poor connectivity *2023-05-12* I would love to give this app 5 stars, but it is a battle everyday reconnecting the watch over and over again. Since it won’t stay connected some features like “find my phone” are useless. Same for the Alexa connection: Great idea, poor execution. If it would stay connected, this watch would be the bomb! It’s waterproof and has a fantastic battery life. Screen is sufficiently large and the legibility is great, even in the sunlight. One other weird thing: the “find my phone” feature - when it works - only works is the mute is off on your phone. The data from the day before such as exercise breathing walking continues until the next day. A way to lock the watch screen. A way to access the iPhones camera would also be awesome. Song information on the music controller. Maybe add an anonymous method of making stats a competition and anonymously join a group or add friends and compete against one another or that small group and get medals etc. ### 3/5 — Better than some fitness tracker apps but not the best. *2022-03-13* It tracks steps, calories, O2 levels, etc. quite well. As stated by another review, the weather is not close at all. It gives a current nighttime temperature of 80 Fahrenheit but it is 10:30 am and 43 Fahrenheit. ### 3/5 — For the love of all that is decent….fix the bugs *2022-02-21* This watch & app are mostly great EXCEPT for the random Bluetooth disconnects in the middle of the night…or day. And the ensuing resetting of all your preferences. Should be a quick fix. I’m tired of having to “forget device” and reconnect and reset everything. I’ve got another 10 days of time to return the watch. Tick tock!! ### 3/5 — Nice but frustrating *2022-02-06* I bought my first watch in Late December and after a month the side button quit working but I got it replaced for free so that’s not super bad. But what annoys the ever loving heck out of me is that the watch never has the correct weather. Like ever. It’s currently 45° F right now my watch says that it’s not only night time but that it’s 24°F with a low of -19° F which is nowhere close to being right. I work at a daycare and I’m not able to have my phone on me. I was hoping the weather would work so that way I could know the temperature without having to call the office every time before we can go out. The flashlight is handy I use it sometimes during nap when I need to see stuff. But the Alexa doesn’t work if you aren’t in the app, the weather still isn’t right when you are in the app, I feel like sometimes it’s not counting my steps right, the music doesn’t work most of the time. The timer and stop watch are nice but would be better if the screen could shut off so I don’t accidentally stop the timer. It does it’s job for the most part for $50 but definitely not a super smart watch. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Doesn’t detect weather *2024-11-13, version 1.2.3* It just keeps telling me to turn on the weather notification on the app. It’s obviously set to on. I’ve tried restarting and completely resetting too. ### 1/5 — Not functional *2023-09-07, version 1.2.0* I can’t create an account, it says it synced to my watch but doesn’t have any data that my watch has, I can’t even create an account or log in. I’ll be sending my TOZO watch back to Amazon too. ### 1/5 — Tozo Fit *2022-10-02* I am so upet with my watch and the app. The app spontaneously closes about 10 times a day. It always crashes when i am walking or running, losing all my data. And i have an awful time getting the app to update the data from my watch. Could not find how to set time and when I tried to re-pair, could not be found. Going back to Amazon. My fault. Right now it’s crashing and isn’t syncing. The back button is in the corner and very hard to push. Otherwise it’s OK ### 2/5 — Not very user friendly or reliable *2023-02-08, version 1.2.0* Appears to have a lot of fees but many require constant massaging I don’t want to be on my phone all day. I just want to wear it and have it track. Not possible with this one ### 2/5 — couple issues *2022-06-17* the watch is great, except for a few things. the steps and sleep times are definitely off, telling me i had around 100 steps at 3am this morning. but that’s not so much the problem. my issue is that it disconnects with my bluetooth constantly. i have yet to have it be connected for more than a couple hours. and it then has me “forget the device” and “pair it again” which leads to the necessity of resetting ALL of my preferences on the watch. i like this watch and app and don’t want to get rid of them, but i also do not want to be constantly resetting everything on my watch. ### 2/5 — Not always reliable *2022-05-21* I’ve had my watch for several months. Sometimes the heart monitor works, sometimes not. The sleep monitor shows today that I had nearly 11 hours of sleep, totally incorrect, and I’m not sure the steps are correct. Very disappointed with this watch. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Watch *2024-07-03* This is a fab watch as it tracks everything I want it to do perfect and looks so nice on also , just wish they would update the watch faces more as I’m terrible for changing it but yes I would recommend very easy to set up once your up and running your good to go love it my new best friend lol ### 5/5 — The app is awesome!!!!!! *2022-01-15* I love how it tracks your exercise. It connects to my TOZO smart watch, and it tracks every thing like sleep, oxygen in your blood, outdoor walks. The list goes on and on. I totally recommend the app, it is awesome! I love the app but the fonts are so small. With so much unused screen real estate, it makes no sense to me that you don’t increase the font size. To make matters worse, the fonts are a very light gray color on top of a white background. Why? Why make it so difficult for the user to read what’s on the screen. Maybe the devs are developing the app on a giant monitor and don’t realize what they’re doing? I don’t know but this needs to be fixed. The Android version doesn’t have this issue. The sleep tracker doesn’t seem to record anything before midnight so that’s frustrating. Also, give us the option for dark mode.
