This makes it impossible to reset your password if you lose it. Step count only seems to update to Apple Health when I view the Tozo app or irregularly in the background. Step count synced to Health frequently inaccurate, and many times sends multiple entries causing inflated step count. Emails to support ineffective, including claiming the app doesn't sync to Apple Health when there is a setting in the Tozo app for it. Also, the nap logging has never worked. I like the watch itself considering the features at a budget price, but the frustration with integration to the iPhone degrades the utility and experience. It was a nice experiment, but I may have to invest in a smartwatch that will work consistently with the phone. ### 1/5 — App not working? *2025-01-05, version 3.1.0* Idk what’s going on but I’ve been trying to create an account for the past hour and it says the same thing. “Register failed. Retry later.” I’ve retried and retried and the watch won’t work with the app. It need to be fixed or I will have to get my money back. ### 1/5 — Odd *2024-12-19, version 3.1.0* You can only add one watch face to the app. That is odd it makes no sense. And the watch has problem itself as sometime it restarts without any notice then lost data on that time period.
