But not perfect *2026-08-14* Great doing everything necessary to operate the watch. But as you navigate through the app, you will notice a few things that can be updated and corrected. ### 3/5 — Exercise Record *2025-09-30* The app has been great until recently. It is not syncing and recording my workouts and sleep from the watch. Also, the watch has not been recording workouts. It starts and then kicks me out of the workout. Also, the app needs to add more sports. Unfortunately, for at least 6 months there have been major problems. When I open the app the watch usually won’t sync. I usually have to force close the app, repopen it; and try to force a refresh multiple times before it will sync any data. The heart rate data is frequently lost or there are holes in it even though the full data is clearly on my watch. Also, it won’t sync any data from a previous day so if I forget to sync right before bed, the data will never transfer to my app. I’m really tired and frustrated that I can’t get the data from my watch consistently. ### 3/5 — Great Value -1 big fault *2025-05-24* I agree with most comment but 1 major feature needs to be modified. I manually refresh it a bunch of times and most of the time it doesn’t work and occasionally it will after a while of trying to get it to. I personally use the email notifications, health tracking and music controls the most. The email notifications are amazing I can see work emails with the flick of my wrist and the screen is amazing quality so reading text isn’t a issue at all. For the health tracking I love the wide variety of physical activities to pick from and they add more too. The monitoring on the watch and app really gives you a good sense of highlighting elevated heart rate during workouts. The set counter alone is amazing just to have and be aware of as a office worker. The music controls are nice to have allowing for pausing, skipping, back and volume levels. ONE KEY FEATURE ID LIKE is to see at least the song name that is playing. The album art would be awesome but just a way to see the current song would greatly improve the watch overall. As well as the watch faces provided are a well pick selection. Plus the at your own photo templates are THE BEST! Really adds a personal touch to your watch! I love TOZO and have 2 sets of their in and over earbuds. But there's no way to connect it to the fitness app on the iPhone. Every other TOZO app can do so, but this app cannot. My watch had to sync specifically with this app to connect because it won't connect with the others that can connect to the iPhone fitness app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — App Crashing *2025-11-16* This app consistently crashes when trying to recover the password. iPhone 17 pro max upgrade on ios26 and of course I needed to re-authenticate on the new phone. When I tap forgot password and tap email to put in the email address the app crashes without fail. Rebooted, deleted app, reinstalled. Nothing works and I can’t find a way to reset a password outside of the app ### 1/5 — This app is garbage *2025-09-12* The app doesn’t sync half the time, the synced data is organized by sync time and NOT when the exercise actually happened, there are noticeable typos and it crashes half the time. Subsequent launches it crashes immediately.
