To delete them the card has to be reformatted. What is ridiculous is that using the same app for the TC74 individual clips can be deleted. That is poor. It’s unnecessary and sits over device tiles. Also needs the ability to delete sections on it. I don’t have, and never will have a robot vacuum yet there’s a section there for it constantly being show. When Netvue said they didn’t have an outdoor replacement I was worried. It gives me such peace of mind to be able to check in and see her whenever I need to. She loves it too because she knows she can speak directly to me through the cameras. So if something happens, I’ll know right away. The amount of features that the app provides is so simple. I installed the app logged into my tp-link account and in 20 minutes it was updated setup and running smoothly. Still learning the app controls for my model camera but impressed. My only issue is I had to lock the app with face id to make it run less in the background. The app even listened to my lock it runs only when launched and left running otherwise it is silent. Not even the tether app works as well as this. This app alone is a good reason to buy a tapo camera. So simple anyone could use it. I’m definitely investing in another camera that is more advanced because of the app. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Almost 1GB app to press a switch *2026-08-24, version 3.20.505* “RAM and storage crisis? What RAM and storage crisis” says TP-Link. Why an app to control some accessories requires almost an entire GB of storage on your device is beyond me. Well actually, it is probably because of the bloat they cram into this thing, so perhaps not beyond me after all. Don’t bother with this.
