App mediocre. *2024-02-22, version 3.1.19* The app’s just not particularly user friendly. It works but I find it difficult. One MAJOR thing is that I can’t figure out is how to upload to iCloud. They push you to use their pay cloud service. I already pay for iCloud and want to use it for storage; NOT theirs. I bought your camera. It’s mine. You ain’t gonna rope me into buying your cloud storage too! ### 4/5 — Good system *2024-01-23, version 3.1.19* I find that this system works pretty reliably, and gives me a perfectly adequate view out of the window of a remote house. It drops out occasionally, but then usually reconnects. The ability to take a snapshot is good. ### 3/5 — Kein Update der TLS Verschlüsselung *2023-11-23* Die App ist im Grunde gut. Funktionalität ist aber seit der Umstellung der externen Mail Provider auf neue Verschlüsselungen (TLS2) nur noch semi gegeben. Seit dem können nur noch die internen App Benachrichtigungen genutzt werden, die aber keine Bilder mitsenden! DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP!!!!!!!!!!! ### 3/5 — Die Kamera ist für den Preis echt super aber *2022-03-25* Das einzige Problem was ich habe ist dass man nur eine Mitteilung bekommt und den Ton nicht einstellen kann. In der Mitteilungszentrale kann man die Töne für die App nicht ändern. Wenn zum Beispiel nachts das Handy kurz piept bekommt man das wenn man schläft überhaupt nicht mit. From The next day there is no wifi connection to connect the cam to view the live feed when I am out and about. The products are superb with very wide angle lenses and the local storage facilities sold me on the product. Connection is all handled by the app and to be honest it was the best I’ve ever used🥰 Everything is stored on the hub memory which doubles as a chime and works brilliantly. For me this is the way all connecting apps should be. 5 stars to Tapo tp link ***** ### 5/5 — Customer Service is the BEST! *2024-07-18, version 3.1.20* I have five NC450 for about six years and recently had weird issues like not able to connect to the live stream remotely. I am very good with electronics and I tried number of things including both basic and advanced levels to resolve but couldn’t. As a final resort, I have reached out to the customer and etc have escalated it to the engineering team. And they were able to resolve the problems with my cameras very quickly and professionally! One of the best customer service experiences that I have ever had! Keep up the good work guys! And make sure to keep more people like them in your team!
