If you need a reason, It’s because the app development is absolutely bad. Horrible experience. Idiot developers, idiot app. ### 1/5 — Worst Remittance App *2021-12-15* This is the worst money transfer app, it never seems to work most of the time and process to transfer the money seems like we are applying for a loan from Tashi Bank. If there is other option to transfer AUD to Bhutan, I would never use this app. ### 1/5 — Disappointed *2021-11-11* Its such a disappointment that a only app which is helping to connect overseas bhutanese to their bhutan banks doesn’t work properly the list goes as follows: 1. Poli (transaction are very hard to go through) 2.So many lengthy process to go through for a simple transaction 3.OTP never works 4.once login but the next it logs out and have a tough time with OTP again 5.while uploading document its says max 2 but here our payslip are forthnight or weekly so the payslip doesn't cover the amount we are sending and as a result we receive mail from tbank to fill the required document which the app doesn't allow 6.technical difficulties are very often If all those are fixed it would be great help for bhutanese staying abroad ### 1/5 — DrukG *2021-09-03* I have been trying to use the app for a long time but it keeps saying there is technical issue and won’t let me login. But now I am so glad that I gave it a try. Thank you TBank and people behind this initiative for making it easier for Bhutanese in Australia to send money back home. In my case, the calculated amount at the time of transfer remained same at the time of receipt.
