Impossible to find where stops actually are. As a tourist forget about navigation in geneva on public transport. I have to ask people where specific bus line stops are. Best regards ### 1/5 — Makes travel in geneva harder! *2024-02-25, version 31.0.2* TPG forced passengers to migrate to this ‘plus’ version of their app. It’s impossible to understand or plan a journey. I used to use their app daily for checking imminent bus arrival times and to plan a journey. Now I have switched to google maps instead. ### 1/5 — Very slow does not work *2023-12-22* Terrible app. Very slow to get info + some functionalities do not work. Best regards. ### 1/5 — Terrible App bring back TPG preview. *2023-12-19, version 31.0.1* The new version of the app is unusable in the mornings. You simply cannot buy a ticket online. The app also regularly crashes. Genuinely the worst app I am forced to try and use. ### 1/5 — Impossible to buy tickets *2023-05-01, version 27.0.2* Buying tickets always fails for me with “Payment failed - payment.retry-message”. I’ve tried older versions and the current (27.0.2), different cards, Apple Pay, TWINT. I’ve removed and reinstalled. It all fails. This doesn’t seem to be a new issue, judging by the other reviews. ### 1/5 — Vintage *2022-12-15* One of the slowest apps I’ve ever had the misfortune of using. Often excruciating. I have to go through Routes, create a route and then purchase the ticket from the route. There is no button for passengers per se but a bit of gray bar below my name that will allow me to add a passenger. Also TPGFlex links to a dead page. Update based on answer from TPG: The add passenger button was working in the previous version. That button is NO LONGER VISIBLE in the current version.
