Since you’ve updated it the gui looks a bit prettier but Gas safe certificate production doesn’t work properly the option to put in landlords address doesn’t work and the first page of options only goes half way. How do I revert to the older version that works ?

Rated 1 star as most features of this app are grayed out and I am unable to use them.
It is a good app and works fine for emissions analysis but clearly the app is not finished.
I bought this analyser as the app looked good and the options within the app were appealing to me. I was disappointed when I couldn’t use any of the calculators on the app.

This app was great until the latest update. It is now impossible for me to create a report and save to a job, because the keypad covers the save button and you can’t get rid of the keyboard and then the app freezes stopping you going back. The only way is to close the app and start again. App is completely useless for saving readings.

App crashes, unresponsive. Cannot use analyzer now. 
I warned them in the beta testing it doesn’t work on ios26 … still no update.

When we do a service, we take readings at minimum, maximum & flue integrity,  resulting in 3 emails to the customer? Surely you should be able to do one & potentially have more readings per report??

I’ve purchased and given away 6 DC710’s and it’s worked great. Well..... it did till this last update. Now the app crashes on both my phones and on multiple units so I know it’s not me. Please fix immediately.

A must have app for TPI gas analysers users and as bonus get all boiler manuals and much more.
I wish that gas rating,Radiator and others also active then I don’t need any other app for my work
Great TPI.

App works reliably but the text is too small on an iPhone XR.  You have to zoom in to see the test readings on the right side but then you can’t see the descriptions on the left. Too much space in between. It would be better if they were closer together, so that you could read it continuously or take a screenshot and attach it to your report.
