Your support phone is not responding. We have been calling repeatedly regarding the tournament points update, but no one has answered our calls or responded to our queries. In addition, the app is not functioning properly and contains numerous bugs, making it difficult to use. My son completed the tournament in January, yet his points have still not been updated. There is no clear way to check the status or determine whom to contact for assistance. From a customer’s perspective, this experience is highly frustrating. The lack of support, poor app quality, and the long delay in updating the tournament points make the entire process appear unreliable. Unless this issue is resolved promptly, it gives the impression that the platform is not trustworthy. I request that you investigate this matter immediately, update my son’s tournament points, and let me know the reason for the delay. I would also appreciate a response regarding the support issues and the expected timeline for resolution.
