I am extremely disappointed with the support I have received so far.
Your support phone is not responding. We have been calling repeatedly regarding the tournament points update, but no one has answered our calls or responded to our queries.
In addition, the app is not functioning properly and contains numerous bugs, making it difficult to use.
My son completed the tournament in January, yet his points have still not been updated. There is no clear way to check the status or determine whom to contact for assistance.
From a customer’s perspective, this experience is highly frustrating. The lack of support, poor app quality, and the long delay in updating the tournament points make the entire process appear unreliable. Unless this issue is resolved promptly, it gives the impression that the platform is not trustworthy.
I request that you investigate this matter immediately, update my son’s tournament points, and let me know the reason for the delay. I would also appreciate a response regarding the support issues and the expected timeline for resolution.

Love the tournament feature and the player profile metrics …. Very smooth flow and easy to understand… very user friendly

When we are trying to add some TPL cash it says it will take a few seconds but then it shows some sign that means there is no wi fi when there is full wi fi
Overall experience
I am thoroughly impressed with the TPL app! The user interface is intuitive and visually appealing, making it easy for me to search and look up things I’m interested in. With time it will definitely become an app which provides full service.
