## What is TQ E?

With the TQ E-Bike App, you can connect your TQ-powered e-bike to your smartphone without any fuss, allowing you to customize and control it.


Connecting your bike to the app:
Download the app and open it. Register and make sure the Bluetooth® on your phone is on. Turn on your e-bike and tap the connect button on the start screen of the app. 


Dashboard Status:
The dashboard only displays the most important information, such as battery status and odometer. A swipe to the left takes you to the Rider Screen. With a long press on the display values, you can configure them freely according to your preferences and keep an eye on the most important information during the ride.  
 
Settings:
- With the Motor Tuning setting, you can fully customize the motor to your needs in any riding mode. You want maximum pedal feedback in mid mode or 200% support in high mode? No problem. Customize your own riding style with the TQ E-Bike app! 
- Adjust the maximum support speed in the "Motor Tuning" to adapt the system even better to your needs and your training.
- You can switch through your riding modes via an ANT+ connected device (like a bike computer).
- In the "My Bike" - "Bike Information" section, the current software version of your bike is displayed, allowing you to easily check if you need to visit a dealer for an update.
- Adjust the display to your needs. Customize the sound, the displays and the order of the screens of your e-bike.
- Use the app in multiple languages
- In the support section, you will find quick help for urgent questions

Additional information:
The app cannot be connected to bikes with TQ-HPR120S e-bike system.

### 2/5 — Fine if you only have one TQ bike. Useless otherwise.

The app works okay if you only have one TQ bike. It has quirks where as you can not get precise setting. Say you want to set 100% assist, the app will decide to set 99% or say 101%. For some reason it really does not like round numbers. 

The biggest issue though is that you can only use it with one TQ bike. I have 2 TQ based bike. The other odd a Trek and fortunately I can use the Trek app for that one otherwise I’d be SOL. 

It’s ridiculous that you can not set up multiple bike and for each bike you cannot save and set up multiple profiles. 

It’s like the app was designed by someone who’s never actually owned or used multiple mountain bikes before.

I have two TQ powered e-bikes, one road and one MTB. There is no way to add the second bike in the app without deleting the other.  Such a pain.  Would really like to be able to have both bikes show in the app (with only one at a time actually connected, naturally).  Also please add the ability to rename bikes from the default number.

Im Grunde ist die App unnötig!? Insbesondere wenn man von anderen Herstellern kommt wirkt die App lieblos und bietet keinerlei sinnvolle Features (ausser Anpassung der Unterstützungsstufen).
- Es fehlt Aufzeichnung der Tour
- Auswertung Anteil Unterstützungsstufen
- Over the Air Update der Firmware (man muss dafür tatsächlich zu einem Händler?!)
- Sync mit Komoot
- Integration Wahoo 
…

Im wald kein Internet und deshalb kann ich nichts an meinem MOUNTAINBIKE machen. Was für ein Schmutz von einer App. Entwickler absolute Nullnummern die vermutlich noch nie Mountainbike gefahren sind. Danke dass ihr mir mit dieser schlechten App den Spaß am fahren nehmt. Lächerlich

Das ist wohl ein Unding das man für das Update zu einem autorisierten Händler muss! Zumal wir hier in der Nähe keinen haben. Haben zwei hochpreisige Bikes online gekauft und sollen jetzt zu einem Händler fahrender ca 60 km entfernt ist😬😬
Hatten vorher Fazua, da waren die Updates immer online möglich! Andere Hersteller sind da wesentlich Kundenfreundlicher. Bitte das schnellstens ändern!!!!

Die App liefert mir für meine Anforderungen alles notwendige und funktioniert vorallem zuverlässig! Ein paar mehr Funktionen wären natürlich schön (Fahrauswertung integrierte Navigation etc) hier soll laut TQ aber bereits dran gearbeitet werden.
