Are you looking for a great gym where everyone knows your name? TR Fitness is the gym for you. Not only do Brian, Zach, Matt, Gino and Brook know your name, but they know your individual needs and limitations and adjust your workout accordingly.  This gym has such a positive vibe, great music and enthusiastic training team that truly cares about your success. I have been going to TR Fitness for 6 months now and I am seeing amazing results each month on my Styku body scan and in the mirror. I feel awesome and have increased stability and strength. This is a place where I see my old friends and make new friends. Everyone is polite, respectful and kind. The clientele are in all age groups and fitness levels. If you haven’t joined yet, don’t wait for the New Year, do it now.
