I’ve been using Trabee since 2019 and upgraded to Pro because I loved its convenience and reliability. Unfortunately, I recently found that my most spent trip record has disappeared (with over 100 entries leaving only 2).

I contacted the Support and followed their instructions to send my device files for verification, but there’s been nearly 3 months without updates or assistance.

I still think Trabee is a great app, but this issue and lack of response have really disappointed me.

I’ve been using this for years to budget huge trips. It’s great, and especially helpful across multiple currencies. It desperately needs and offline mode and a dark mode/system match mode for the dark. Some other improvements would go a long way, but overall I’m glad to have this.

What a wonderful app to track expenses. Main feature that is missing for me is indicating something is not paid yet. I.e. accommodation you reserved should count in the budget in some way but you should be able to filter on not paid yet.

오랜 기간동안 너무너무 잘 쓰면서 주변 지인들에게도 추천했었는데 업데이트 했다가 너무 불편해졌어요...
소비 기록 쓸 때 이전처럼 아래로 당겨서 쓸 수 있게는 해주세요... 매번 아래로 스와이핑 하다가 버튼을 누르려니까 너무 불편합니다ㅠ
그리고 이전처럼 볼 수 있는 설정이라도 제공해주시면 좋을 것 같아요....ㅠ 좋아하는 앱이 하루아침에 다 바뀌어서 속상합니다

맘에들어서 유료결제했는데 업뎃 되고 너무 아쉬워요ㅠ메인컬러도 올드함 
그리고 여행시기 기준의 환율 적용되면 좋겠어요 환율 수정 기능 생긴 건 좋은데 예전 기록 일일이 수정해야하는건지..?

I’ve been using this app for 7 years since 2018 for my monthly expense tracking and I’m quite disappointed with the updated UI.. It’s less intuitive and more complications added on each screen.. Is there a way to choose between different UI’s?

오랫동안 사용했는데 보기가 너무 불편해졌어요. 현금 남은 돈 보기 기능 유용했는데 카드랑 같이 합쳐지니 지금 내가 가지고 있는 현금이 맞게 남았는지 확인 할 수가 없네요. 기존대로 현금지출/카드 지출 설정해서 볼 수 있었으면 좋겠습니다.

I have been using this apps for years and upgraded to pro as this app is user friendly. However, for the 2 major updates encountered, i suffer data lost twice, basically most of my trip records dissapears... Very unreliable and dissapointing experience to a loyal supporter for this app

과거 버전을 쓰다가 불가피하게 업데이트했는데 이전 데이터가 안 보임. 로그아웃한 상태에선 과거 목록을 아예 볼 수도 없고. 백업한 데이터를 불러올 수도 없고. 그렇다고 사용자경험이 좋아진 것도 아님. 오히려 퇴보함. 요즘 세상에 결제수단이 현금과 카드 2종류만 있나? 카드도 여러 개를 쓰며 교통카드도 있고 페이도 쓰는데 이를 위한 세팅을 할 수 없게됨. 참 좋은 앱이었는데 이젠 ㅃㅇ

アプリ内で入力、閲覧するには問題ありませんが、結果はPDF、Excel、CSVのどの形式でもエクスポートしようとするとエラーになります。サポートに何度も連絡しましたが、その度に1度は詳しい状況を尋ねる返信がきますがその後は音沙汰なしで一向に改善されません。便利なアプリだったのに使い物にならなくなりました。

in the old version, i can customize the exchange rate for my budget per income (because not all cash were exchanged in the same rate). but now it forces me to keep the same rate for my whole pocket - i can’t calculate how much I spent in my own currency

also, the home currency for the “total remaining” is wrong when I select only the foreign pocket

PLEASE also bring back offline input, I can’t use without internet

i subscribed this gem bcoz it fits my purpose: easy ui, no complicated steps. i hope the developer could consider to 1) turn trip into more visual by making uploaded photo thumbnails a lot larger; 2) allow >1 photo upload per expense entry,  3) allow swipe left/right to go to next entry. TQVM

This app is MUCH more than a travel budget app. It is hands-down the best expenses app on the app store. I’ve tried them all and this app is stable, beautifully designed, let’s you attach receipt photos, can export those receipt images to a beautiful PDF export, can work in multiple currencies and convert them all to your ‘home currency’, and so much more. There’s only 1 app on the whole app store which can perform these functions for those of us who travel and need to provide reports and receipt proofs for expenses claims, and it costs $99pa, while Trabee is a tiny fraction! In my view, the only reason it’s not No1 in the App Store is it’s marketed as a niche app for travellers only.

I love this app.  I put in my expenses incurred prior to my trip, add additional expenses during the trip and get a PDF or CVS of expenses when I’m back.  I can set up my own categories and — the best — add a second person to keep track shared or separate expenses.  And I can take photos of what I’ve bought tied to the receipt.  I love this app

많은 분들이 이미 남기신거같은데.. 최신순으로 정렬되는것도 불편하고 화폐구분 방법 바뀐것도 적응될줄 알았는데 안돼요.... 특히 아무곳에서나 아래로 땡겨서 지출내역적는것도 무척 편한 방법이었었는데 지정된 영역에 버튼을 눌러야하는게 가장불편해요ㅠ... 고심끝에 업뎃이었겠지만 다시,, 고민부탁드려예...

쓴지 9년 넘었는데 정말 잘 사용하던 애정하는 어플입니다. 업데이트 후 글씨도 너무 작아지고 예산도 포켓이란 이름 으로 바뀌었는데 카드 현금 각각 입력해야 하고 밑에 그래프?라고 해야 하나 그것도 오류가 나네요 예산을 딱 맞게 적었는데 밑에는 예산이 남는걸로 되어 있어요 예전에 입력할때는 밑으로 살짝 당기면 입력 할수 있었는데 그것 마저 없어지고 불편하네요 다른 어플로도 옮기기에는 이 어플에 대한 애정도가 커서 개발자님 부탁입니다만 예전 방식이 훨씬 편리합니다 뭔가 새롭게 바뀐것은 좋지만 사용하기는 불편합니다 꼭 참조해주셨으면 좋겠습니다

사진 업데이트 오류가 너무 심하네요. 이전부터 프로 구입해서 쭉 쓰고있는 유저 인데, 이번 업데이트로 불편함을 너무 느껴서 아쉽지만 갈아타야하나 고민중이에요ㅜ 사진 오류없이 잘 올릴수있게 해주세요!! 그리고 사진 한장 말고 3장정도 올릴수있게 업데이트는 안될까요? 너무 원해요. 감사합니다 :)

Why did you change the version? It’s not only harder to use, but the UI also looks worse. Can you improve and refine it further? I’ve been a loyal user for a long time, and seeing this version honestly makes me feel really sad.
