## What is Trace Health?

Trace Health is the simplest, most private symptom tracker for iPhone. Log any symptom in one tap, see how it evolves over days, weeks and months, and share a clear PDF report with your doctor.

Your health data stays private. No account, no personal info ever requested. Your data stays on your iPhone by default, with optional private iCloud backup. Trace Health never collects, shares, or sells your health data.

Find your triggers and relievers. Log daily habits (food, sleep, stress, exercise, medications, weather) alongside your symptoms, and Trace Health shows you what makes them better or worse.

### 5/5 — My health

*2026-07-28*

This has given me a great tool to discuss my health issues with my doctor

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for using Trace and for your kind review!

Helping people better prepare for their doctor's appointments by keeping a clear history of their symptoms is exactly why I created Trace, so your feedback means a lot.

If you ever have suggestions or ideas to make the app even better, I'd love to hear from you. You can contact me anytime through "Contact Me" in the Settings tab of the app.

Thanks again for your support!

Simon

### 5/5 — Exactly what I was looking for

*2026-05-21*

Out of all the symptom tracker apps, I found this to be the easiest and most straightforward. It “writes” to the health app, which is exactly what I wanted. All the others only “read” parts of the health app data, and didn’t truly write any data back. This helps me visualize my chronic symptoms soooo well.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for this thoughtful review. Reading that Trace is the easiest and most straightforward symptom tracker you tried genuinely means a lot to me.

I’m really happy to hear that it helps you visualize your chronic symptoms so clearly. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience.
Simon

### 5/5 — Very pretty app!

*2026-03-15*

I really like this app so far!!! It would be cool if measurements could be added like sleep and heart rate!

**Developer response:** Thanks so much for your support. I’m glad you’re enjoying Trace.
I’m currently working on a new update that will let you add your daily activities and better understand how they influence your symptoms.

### 5/5 — Good start

I like the app. Simple enough and has connectivity with Apple Health. Hope it will have more languages at some point, and Apple Watch app.

**Developer response:** Thank you so much for your review. I’m glad you enjoy its simplicity. Apple Watch support is planned. Please send me a message from the app to let me know which languages you would like to see added. Best. Simon.
