## What is Trace?

Talk it through. Trace writes it up.

Trace records the conversations you have in person and gives you back a clear meeting or note: what was decided, who does what next, and the full transcript, with the recording kept for two weeks. No notebook in hand, no typing afterwards.

RECORD ANYWHERE
Start recording and talk. A client meeting, a site visit, a team huddle, a thought on the drive home. Trace records for as long as you talk, with or without signal, and uploads when you are back online.

WRITTEN UP FOR YOU
A meeting becomes a summary, the decisions, the topics and the action items. A quick thought becomes a tidy note. Every write-up keeps the transcript, and the recording for two weeks, so you can check the exact words.

KNOWS WHO'S WHO
Trace tells voices apart, then asks you to put a name to each. The people you meet build up over time, with the meetings you had with them.

REMINDERS, SUGGESTED
Trace suggests reminders from what was said, with the words it heard. You keep the ones you want and the rest disappear.

RECALL
Ask Trace what was agreed, what someone said or what you promised. It answers from your own conversations and shows you where it heard it.

YOUR LANGUAGE
Talk in the language you think in, or mix two. Trace transcribes 90+ languages and follows Hindi and English in one sentence.

BRING THE AI YOU ALREADY USE
Connect ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant to Trace and let it read your meetings, notes and reminders.

PRIVATE TO YOU
Your recordings stay yours. They are never used to train AI models, and each transcription is deleted from our transcription provider as soon as Trace has it.

BUILT FOR PEOPLE WHO TALK FOR A LIVING
Sales and field teams, consultants, founders, doctors and anyone whose day is a run of conversations worth keeping.

Trace is free today. Recording in person may need the consent of the people in the room; that is yours to check.
