For some reason live tv are not loading

(e.g., smart TV, streaming device like Roku or Chromecast, phone, computer, cable box). What exactly happens when you try to load live TV? (e.g., black screen, error message, buffering endlessly, the app crashes, sound but no picture, picture but no sound). Thank you

I’m so excited this app is back on apple again. I’m trying to upgrade the account but the confirm button doesn’t work.

I used to be a avid subscriber of Trace+ before the app completely disappeared, I’m happy it’s back but probably won’t subscribe until a Apple TV app gets released again.
