Can’t watch live tv

What device are you using to watch live TV? (e.g., smart TV, streaming device like Roku or Chromecast, phone, computer, cable box). What exactly happens when you try to load live TV? (e.g., black screen, error message, buffering endlessly, the app crashes, sound but no picture, picture but no sound). Thank you
