## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — App update is worse than previous version

*2022-03-19, version 6.1.7*

The app worked well until the most recent update. Currently, It requires manual login every time I open it, when I ask for temperature data by the month the App crashes and closes. The interface may be a bit more attractive, but the functionality is terrible. Please bring back the previous version.

### 1/5 — New update is terrible!

*2022-02-08, version 6.1.7*

Loses key features like alias names on Device page and icons in Device History indicating presence of comments. UI is much more confusing and not as intuitive.

### 1/5 — Worst app in AppStore

*2018-11-05, version 4.0.2*

The update made a bad app even worse. This app is not functional! Is anyone there at TraceableLIVE who would care to work on this app?

### 1/5 — Fails to display data

*2018-10-31, version 4.0.2*

The new app fails to display any sensor data, doesn’t respond when selecting specific sponsors and is generally slow and poor performing. Furthermore, login and password for app doesn’t seem to work as login and password on the website.

### 1/5 — Update does not mean improvement!

*2018-10-30, version 4.0.2*

The old version of this app was slow, but at least it was faster than the website. This new update has been “loading” for over an hour. Hopefully just bugs that need worked out, though you’d think that someone would have checked this app over before releasing it?!

### 2/5 — Bad UI

*2022-05-29, version 6.2.1*

When typing in my login and password on an Iphone SE, I can’t see the text. The box is too small (vertically).

### 2/5 — Updated app is terrible. Please fix.

*2022-02-25, version 6.1.7*

The UI is not improved in any way. It’s much less intuitive and the sensor names are no longer visible past the first screen. Not to mention that there’s no way to stay signed-in to the iPhone app and no option to save my password in the new version of the app. I do hope these issues are addressed. I’ve contacted them about things in the past (e.g., why is -90 the minimum set point (for alarm)? Depending on where the probes are placed in our freezers, they may constantly read colder than -90C and trigger an alarm. This is a terrible nuisance.), but they never responded.

### 5/5 — Best App

*2023-09-26*

Best data logging app.

### 5/5 — Best Alert setup system

*2022-06-03, version 6.2.1*

I found this app very useful for monitoring several refrigerators temperatures. Quick alert setup and monitoring.

### 5/5 — Worth it

*2020-01-27, version 6.0.0*

I can’t speak for how the app used to perform, but it works great now. We haven’t had any issues with the service or the app. I would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a service like this.
