## What is TraceBIM?

TraceBIM turns your ideas into professional construction drawings, with no drafting experience needed.

Planning an addition, a remodel or a garage conversion? Draw walls, doors and windows with your finger or Apple Pencil, or describe what you want, and TraceBIM's AI assistant does the drafting. You get a complete, coordinated drawing set:

• Floor plans with dimensions, doors, windows and room labels
• Building sections and elevations generated from the same model, so they always agree
• Title blocks, sheet numbers and correct drawing scales
• Line weights and notation that meet professional drafting standards
• PDF export, ready for permit submission or your contractor

BUILT FOR EVERYONE
Homeowners, contractors, remodelers and licensed architects all use the same tool. Plain language and sensible residential defaults get you started, and the professional controls are there when you need them.

AI THAT DRAFTS, YOU DECIDE
Ask for a change such as "create a 2-bedroom floor plan" or "cut two building sections", review the proposed changes, then apply them with one tap. Every AI change is recorded and can be undone.

ONE MODEL, EVERY DRAWING
TraceBIM is a parametric building model. Move a wall and every plan, section, elevation and dimension updates with it.

New accounts include a starting AI balance. Projects sync to your account, so you can pick up on the web where you left off.
